Sublimation blank products require a polymer or polyester coating on the blank, which means you either need sublimation-ready blanks or you need to purchase an additional sublimation polymer coating to put on your blanks. However, you might not get as good quality as you would with sublimation blanks that are made for sublimation with the coating already on them. Soft goods, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other textiles, made from polyester or with a polyester blend fabric are needed for sublimation personalization.
