How To Use Sublimation Shrink Wrap Sleeves

1. Print Your Design – Use a sublimation printer to create a full-wrap image that completely covers your product.
2. Secure in Place – Position the printed design on your blank and use heat tape to hold it tightly in place for an even transfer.
3. Apply the Shrink Wrap – Slide a shrink sleeve over the item, ensuring it fully covers both the blank and the taped design.
4. Shrink with Heat – Use a heat gun to shrink the sleeve snugly around the item, sealing it tightly for a flawless transfer.
5. Bake to Perfection – Place your shrink-wrapped item in a convection oven, allowing the heat to fully set the design.
6. Cool & Unwrap – Once done, submerge the item in cool water to stop the sublimation process and make peeling off the wrap easier.

Tip: Placing your item in a cool water bath immediately after taking it out of the oven helps with easy removal of the shrink wrap and ensures the design is fully set.
