OVERVIEW

The 45° and 60° Siser® Cutting Blades are made from high-grade carbide steel rods and polished to razor-sharp perfection for precise cutting. Both the 45° and 60° blades are compatible with the Siser Blade Holder, where the blades simply click in thanks to the holder’s inner magnet.

45° Siser® Cutting Blade

With the 45° angle blade, the perfect amount of blade edge is exposed for almost all projects and materials, including vinyl, cardstock, and other lightweight materials. If you need an all-purpose blade that can accomplish most projects, then the 45° blade is for you!

60° Siser® Cutting Blade

The increased angle of the 60° blade makes slicing through thicker material such as Brick® 600 HTV, StripFlock® Pro HTV, and Craft Felt even easier! If you’re looking to cut specialty materials with increased thicknesses, the 60° blade is the way to go.

What is the best angle cutting blade for Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)?
For typical applications and designs, a 45° angle blade is your best bet. For vinyl and materials thicker than 127 microns, a 60° blade might be necessary to cut completely through the material. It’s ideal to have both a 45° and 60° to make sure your production process isn’t interrupted when changing material types and thicknesses.
