- Tile Doesn't FitIncentivized Review1 people found this helpfulI had some health problems and so it took a while to open. The tile subbed beautifully, but doesn't fit at all. I'm so glad I bought one to try out before I ran them for my customers because I ended up busting the tile trying to get it to fit. Very disappointed.

I would love to make these a regular purchase... BUT 1 of the 2 I bought to try out, the tile did not fit into the board. I'm hesitant to purchase more. We will see if my handy husband can make this one fit. Otherwise - they are absolutely gorgeous.

I had major surgery and delay opening the package. I open the package today and I noticed the tile insert does not fit at all. I'm very disappointed. I love the wood. It has a light smooth finish.

It was received very well packed - with the tile separate from the wooden board, so any previous issues with the tile sticking in the board have been addressed. This sublimated beautifully! I will definitely be purchasing more of these!
- Love it, but-0 people found this helpfulI've only made one so far, but it was almost impossible to pry the tile from the frame. I was told to use a butter knife, but that made the tile chip. The next tile I couldn't get out at all. Finally, the third one I finally removed from the frame by tapping it out forcefully (on something soft), and then prying it out. I am not looking forward to this part of the process on the rest of them, but once out- the tile sublimated really well and it came out really great! So, worth it, but a pain!
