Don't Waste The Money 1 people found this helpfulHorribly inconsistent thickness and shape. They range from 1/8" to 1/4" thick randomly, and they are definitely not all completely round. I read the previous reviews before ordering, but had hoped they had improved 2.5 years after the first review was made. That was not the case. Don't waste your money on these round slate coasters until JPPlus takes some responsibility for ensuring the products they sell are appropriate quality for the cost. Their slate coasters are far more expensive than other suppliers, but quality is generally worse. JPPlus Response: Thank you for your review, Jess S. Our coasters are made from natural slate, and vary from edge to edge since the surface is defined by a natural cleft, having high and low points.
