    Like the others have stated, there are irregularities in the thickness of the coasters. Certainly would be very difficult if you were planning on UV printing them, or if your laser is very particular about the focal length. I was able to laser about 100 of these for a client relatively quickly and only had a few duds, I think they look great as a finished product and have a higher perceived value that other coasters if done right.
