How long do the vivid inks take to dry?

F6470H Vivid Inks come with documentation that provides full information on ink drying times. The F6470H Printer also has controls that can set specific drying times per page. The set drying time will determine the amount of time the printer will pause to allow drying after each page is printed.

Are the orange and violet Vivid Inks compatible with other Epson printers?
