How long do I sublimate a Frosted Beer Can Glass?
10-20 seconds at 350-360F with light to medium pressure in a variable temperature mug press.
Why do I have burn marks after sublimation?
There could be several reasons:
- The temperature is too high on the heat press.
- Heat was applied for too long.
- Contamination on the surface of dust or debris.
Verify the correct temperature is being used and that the heat press is operating at that temperature. Be sure to correct the time settings for pressing, and of course double check that there is no dust or debris on the surface of the Frosted Beer Can Glass or on the inside of the shrink wrap sleeves before putting them together and pressing.

- Mouth opening is different size on each0 people found this helpfulMy first couple of orders were perfect, I ordered bamboo lids separately and they fit fine! The last couple of orders I noticed my bamboo lids were too tight for some and when I contacted them they informed me that they know that and that’s why they don’t offer lids with them. So I just think that’s an important thing to know and should probably be listed in the description.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the difficulty you've run into with the sizing of these glasses! Our customer service department will reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out! - inconsistent sizingIncentivized Review0 people found this helpfulI have ordered these in both sizes, 3 different times. They have had inconsistent sizing each time. Some cups are (noticeably) larger than others; in height and/or circumference. I just want to give a heads up to buyers that you may want to measure each one before you print. They do print beautifully, so I'm sad that I can't carry them anymore with the size issues since most of my orders are for multiples.

- Awesome Product!!0 people found this helpfulI love these and can't wait to purchase more!! They sublimate beautifully!! These are my favorites!!
- Wrong Instructions0 people found this helpfulReally disappointed with the directions given which burned several of these mugs while trying to figure it out. Instructions says to press for 390/540 seconds which is a really long time. I contacted support and they said the instructions are based on their presses. I have bought their other products had no issues with using their directions. I have a heat press from heat press nation so I have a pretty accurate temp mug press. For me 350/200 worked the best. My ink was black and it was not burnt.

- These are amazing!0 people found this helpfulI am in love with these! They are a little bit thicker than I was expecting but that's a good thing. I was worried they would be thin glass and they aren't. My 11 yr old has been using his on a daily basis and it has helped up wonderfully to his abuse and daily dish washing. Definitely recommend!
