I went from rating the tumbler a 1 star for leaking to a 4 star due to the fact that the leaking tumbler has been replaced by a tumbler that dosen't leak! Thank you Becky for your quick response and making me whole. Unfortunatley the cost of the tumbler has increased so I won't be purchasing more. I guess I will just have to be happy with the one I have.
- Terribly disappointed0 people found this helpfulI was so excited to receive this tumbler that I didn't do my usual performance check before sublimation. I am glad I bought it for myself. It leaks!!!! Not around the drinking spout but around the lid. The previous review abour it being hard to open didnt bother me as i thought if its hard to open it wont leak I WAS WRONG!!!! Also the template is not easy to work with it took me almost a month to get it right. I will not be purchasing this again

The top is not a problem to open, and the mugs are very sturdy. Cold stays cold, and hot stays hot. They print well and they make great gifts to clients and as retail sales for Christmas presents.

I previously was ordering them from a different supplier but the JPPlus ones seem to be a bit more sturdy so this will be my go to. Just wish the price was a few bucks less!
