The Vastex PTF-100 Powder-To-Film System transforms Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing with its innovative approach to applying adhesive powder. Designed to ensure uniform coating and enhance operator safety, this system addresses the challenges of traditional hand-coating methods by eliminating dust exposure and reducing waste.

• Engineered for DTF printing with a robust steel case and a clear polycarbonate door for easy monitoring
• Features two cartridges, each holding about 3 lbs (1.4 kg) of adhesive powder, for extended operation
• Rear-mounted exhaust system collects adhesive dust and maintains a clean, safe environment with "negative pressure."

Operation:

Insert a filled cartridge at the top and an empty one at the bottom. Place the wet DTF film on the tray, close the door, and adjust the powder deflector according to the film size.
