The UNINET® DTF™ 1000 is an ink-based DTF (Direct to Film) digital transfer printing system with a roll feeder capable of printing up to A3+ or 13 inches wide, making it perfect for the digital apparel decorating market. Easily print full-color graphics with white for application to virtually any textile.

This device is precisely configured for manual DTF powder application and capable of generating basic or complicated, colorful weedless digital transfers in a single pass. Direct to Film allows you to transfer to light and dark-colored fabrics and use an almost unlimited variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, nylon, canvas, blends, and much more!

DTF systems require constant use and consistent maintenance. DTF printers are recommended for users who will use their printer on a regular basis. It is NOT recommended for occasional use applications.

Operating Environment:
This equipment requires a well-ventilated area with a filtration system. When working with DTF products and processes, use protective gear since fumes might be harmful. DTF inks and film/sheets need an adequate humidity environment - above 50% - 65% humidity is strongly advised to reduce the possibility of ink clogs and film buckling.

WARNING: OPERATE IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA with an appropriate filtrations system and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes as fumes may be hazardous. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

DTF printing is ink-based and requires continual use for best results. Printers idle for more than 48 hours can lead to ink clogs, longer maintenance cycles, and potential printing defects.

NOTE: DFT printing is not a complicated technology, but there is a learning curve for first-time users with this DIY system. The price of the printer includes a 90-minute onboarding and training provided by Uninet. When available, the onboarding may be replaced by the UNINET® DTF™ Masterclass and a one-hour virtual review session with a UNINET® DTF™ technician. For those looking for additional support, there is a two-hour training session available for $299.
