The UNINET® DTF™ entry-level, portable, ink-based Direct to Film digital transfer printer was developed for the short-volume production of high-quality, full-color print transfers for the apparel decorating market. The UNINET® DTF™ 100 produces durable and intense color prints, is built on the popular, reliable Epson engine, and is professionally modified and enhanced by UNINET®. Choose this system if you are NOT batch DTF printing and need the convenience of one-a-time cut sheet printing with manual adhesive application.

DTF systems require constant use and consistent maintenance. DTF printers are recommended for users who will use their printer regularly. It is NOT recommended for occasional use applications.

Operating Environment:
This equipment requires a well-ventilated area with a filtration system. When working with DTF products and processes, use protective gear since fumes might be harmful. DTF inks and film/sheets need an adequate humidity environment - above 50% - 65% humidity is strongly advised to reduce the possibility of ink clogs and film buckling.

WARNING: OPERATE IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA with an appropriate filtrations system and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes as fumes may be hazardous. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

DTF printing is ink-based and requires continual use for best results. Printers idle for more than 48 hours can lead to ink clogs, longer maintenance cycles, and potential printing defects.

NOTE: DFT printing is not a complicated technology, but there is a learning curve for first-time users with this DIY system. The price of the printer includes a 90-minute onboarding and training provided by Uninet. When available, the onboarding may be replaced by the UNINET® DTF™ Masterclass and a one-hour virtual review session with a UNINET® DTF™ technician.
