Transform Your Sublimation Process with EasySubli:

• Prepare Your Design: Use your sublimation printer to feed the EasySubli paper directly, no transfer papers required. Ensure the ink is dry by placing it under an open heat press briefly.
• Cut and Weed: Fashion your design using a cutter and carefully weed the image. This precision ensures your designs transfer flawlessly to your chosen material.
• Use EasySubli Transfer/Mask Sheet: For designs with separate elements, apply the transfer sheet to keep everything in place. Not needed for images that are one combined graphic.
  • Place the sticky side of the transfer sheet down on your printed graphic, ensuring the entire graphic is covered by the transfer sheet.
  • A firm squeegee will remove air bubbles and secure the vinyl to the adhesive sheet.
• Heat Press Your Creation: Transfer your design onto your product with ease. The heat press will infuse the vibrant sublimation inks into the fabric, leaving a stunning and durable impression.

Note: To ensure optimal ink drying, we recommend waiting for two hours post-printing before masking. Alternatively, expedite the process with a 45-second heat press treatment.

Option 2: For Epson F570 & Best Vibrancy Instructions

• Print your graphic onto sublimation paper from your sublimation printer
• Cut your vinyl shape in your cutter, and weed the image once it is finished
• Place your blank vinyl shape onto your product you are personalizing and press for 5 seconds
• Align your mirrored printed image onto the vinyl and secure with heat tape
• Press your sublimation paper/image to the vinyl applied to the product
• Once complete, peel away the sublimation paper and admire the intense, vivid color transfer while you let it cool

What is the difference between EasySubli and printable HTV?

EasySubli HTV feels softer to the touch than other printable vinyls. EasySubli is specifically manufactured to work with the sublimation process and allows for full-color personalization of garments such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other soft goods and textiles.

Can you use regular ink on EasySubli?

EasySubli is not meant for use with a regular inkjet printer and ink. It is designed for use with a sublimation printer and sublimation inks.

What is the difference between EasySubli and DTF?

DTF printers are often larger format printers that print transfer to a film that can be applied to a variety of fabrics. EasySubli is designed to be used with smaller format sublimation printing. For personalization professionals who are already doing sublimation, there's no need to purchase additional equipment.
