Transforming your designs into fully wrapped, custom sublimation artwork has never been easier with our specialized sublimation shrink wraps. Covering your product from edge to edge with high-quality transfers, our shrink wraps make it simple to achieve that seamless look on a variety of items. Whether you’re using glass shrink wraps to achieve sharp, vibrant designs on glass items or residential heat shrink wraps for other types of merchandise, these versatile plastic sleeves make it easy to create unique, professional-quality results without hassle.
Designed to conform precisely to your items, our shrink sleeves are ideal for drinkware like skinny tumblers and water bottles, but they’re versatile enough to be used on other sublimatable surfaces, like vases or mugs. Experimenting with cool shrink wrap design ideas has never been more exciting.
HERE'S HOW TO USE OUR SHRINK WRAP IN 6 EASY STEPS:
- Print your design: Print a full-coverage image using a sublimation printer, designed to wrap fully around your product.
- Position and secure: Use heat tape to fasten the design tightly to your item. This ensures a snug fit for an even transfer.
- Slide on shrink wrap: Place a shrink sleeve over the item and taped design, covering everything securely.
- Shrink with heat: Use a heat gun to tighten the sleeve around the item, sealing it completely. This step helps create a flawless transfer with sublimation shrink wrap.
- Bake for perfection: Place the shrink-wrapped item in a convection oven to lock in the design.
- Cool and reveal: Once it's finished, dunk the item in cool water immediately for easier removal of the shrink sleeve. This technique halts the sublimation process and makes peeling the wrap simpler.
TIP: Dunking your item in a cool water bath right after removing it from the oven will make removing the shrink wrap sleeve easier and ensure the transfer is locked in.
NOTE: Using shrink wraps for sublimation requires a heat gun or heat appliance. Full instructions can be found under the "Tech Docs & Downloads" tab.
