Print and cut directly from your Roland BN-20A and apply to cotton, polyester, and blends. You’ll be surprised how easy the Satin Poly Heat Transfer material will weed and adhere to your product. The Heat Transfer Satin Poly material produces high-resolution results with a wide color range, smooth gradients, and crisp clear lines...all without the hassle and mess that comes with screen-printing!

No need to wait for your ink to dry on the media before cutting, as the Eco-Sol ink is extremely quick drying! This media fits perfectly into the Roland BN-20A, making it a breeze to swap in and out when you need to use different types of media for your customer’s projects.

HeatSoft Satin offers the following features to give you stunning results on apparel, décor, soft signage and other applications.

  • Affordably priced with high-end color results
  • Must be used with Medium Tack Polyester Transfer Mask for Roland BN-20A
  • Easy to transfer to mask without use of a squeegee
  • 3 mil polyurethane film supplied on polyester liner – thin yet durable
  • High opacity for use with dark fabrics
  • High white point in comparison to other transfer materials
  • Softer hand than most other transfer materials
  • Works best with Eco solvent (Eco-Sol MAX, Eco-Sol MAX 2, EJ, TrueVIS)
  • 209 microns (film and liner)
  • Adhesive: Thermally activated
  • 20" x 25Y (19.6" actual width)

Storage & Care:
65°-75° F (18°-24° C) and 30-50% relative humidity (non-condensing) It is recommended to store this product in its original packaging until ready for use, in a cool, clean, and relatively dust-free, away from direct sunlight environment and allow material to acclimate to the production environment for at least 24 to 48 hours before use
