- They seemed promising0 people found this helpfulThese mugs are super cute. I tried using shrink wrap + convection oven as directed, but the shrink wrap leaves a huge gap between the artwork and handle. I have ruined every one so far trying to find a solution. No luck yet :(

I’ve had the best success in using heat tape and completely covering the design with the tape to add pressure and keep it in place and to prevent ghosting or blurriness. They are my go to mugs and my customers love them!

- Some great/some not so much0 people found this helpfulThe box I ordered had some cups that subbed beautifully but at least 6 of the cups came out with patches that didn't take. I followed the recommended 18min at 375 in convection oven with shrink wrap on all the cups so I'm not sure what the issue was with the ones that didn't work out.

I have beige and white, neither seem to work. I wanted to love these and tried again to sub these and still can’t get ink to sublimate well. I’ve wasted so many and purchased quite a few. Guess they will remain on top of my shelf for a while til I figure it out.

First off, the silicone wrap is TOO big for the cup. I made three of them and one side comes out perfect but the other side blurs really bad, happened on all three. :(

I do not use an oven to bake mine. I use a mug press and press at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Works perfectly!
- Need help with these. 0 people found this helpfulLove he mugs but the Shrink wrap leaves a huge gap between the handle and the design. I’ve ruined 4 now. Mug wraps don’t work as the handle is too big. I taped the image down super tight also but the air left from the shrink wrap ruins the image on that side. I’m so sad as I have a lot of them and no clue what to do.
